CALEB VENABLE

President/CEO; Bryan/College Station, TX

Prior to partnering with Kyle in 2009, Caleb owned a residential and light commercial construction business for several years. He holds a Bachelors degree in Accounting and a Master's degree in Construction Management, both from Texas A&M University. Caleb's goal is to develop and grow a company renowned for the integrity of its people, the efficiency of its process, and the quality of its products. His focus is making a difference for people - to empower his team to the highest levels of excellence and creativity, and to meet client expectations to the highest level of satisfaction.


CHARLIE HARPER

Director of Construction/Project Manager; Bryan/College Station, TX

Charlie joined the Bluestone team in June 2015, with a wide range of experience managing commercial, industrial, institutional and residential construction projects in Austin and San Antonio. He holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Construction Science from Texas A&M University. Charlie offers leadership and expertise in estimating, budgeting, scheduling, cost control, project planning/coordination, site management, and project closeout for diverse client needs from infrastructure, to commercial and residential construction, to high concept architectural projects.


CHANCE HEATHCOTT

Project Manager/Superintendent; Bryan/College Station, TX

Chance holds a Bachelor's degree in Construction Science from Texas A&M University. He joined the Bluestone team in 2009, with extensive experience in residential, light commercial, and heavy concrete construction. Chance is highly valued for his comprehensive and detailed site management, and leadership in daily operations. He has developed and maintains excellent relationships with subcontractors and suppliers, ensuring that his clients' projects are highest priority.


BRAD LINTZ

Project Manager; Bryan/College Station, TX

Brad joined the Bluestone team in September 2015, with 11 years experience in management of domestic and international oil field equipment distribution. He holds a Bachelor's degree in Agriculture from Texas A&M University. Brad's integrity, responsibility, and regard for people is evident in site management, communications, and relationships with clients, subcontractors, and suppliers. His attention to detail and cost effective management ensure the highest quality projects and client satisfaction.


BEN PROVINES

Project Manager; Bryan/College Station, TX

Ben joined the Bluestone team in September of 2015, having worked for David Weekley homes in Dallas. He holds a Bachelor's degree in Construction Management from Texas A&M University. Ben brings his expertise to the residential sector in Bryan/College Station, offering detailed project oversight and communication with clients. His passion is client satisfaction in beautiful homes, built with efficiency and to the highest standards.


DAN DOYEN

Superintendent; Bryan/College Station, TX

Dan joined the Bluestone team in September of 2015, with 25 years experience in construction as co-owner of electrical service and paint companies. Dan holds a Bachelor's degree from McMurry University, a Master's degree from Stephen F. Austin State University, and licenses in landscaping and irrigation. His wealth of knowledge and experience are invaluable to the company and clients throughout every phase of the building process.


CLAY CONDREY

Superintendent; Bryan/College Station, TX

Clay joined the Bluestone team in October 2016, with a broad range of construction knowledge and experience. His technical field expertise and his ability to build strong relationships with subcontractors and suppliers ensure cost effective and high quality projects for satisfied clients.


LINDSAY JACOBUS

Purchasing and Selections Coordinator; Bryan/College Station, TX

Lindsay joined the Bluestone team in 2012, with 5 years experience in purchasing and estimating for home builders in Denver and Dallas. She holds a Bachelor of Science degree from The University of Texas. Lindsay coordinates selections and purchasing to ensure design goals, working closely with clients throughout the building process.


JESSICA VENABLE

CFO; Bryan/College Station, TX

Prior to joining Bluestone in June of 2010, Jessica worked in the commercial lending department of Compass Bank as a credit analyst. She holds a Bachelor's degree in Finance from Texas A&M University. Jessica oversees financial operations of Bluestone Partners Construction in Bryan/College Station.


KAREN STAGGERS

Office Manager/Accounting; Bryan/College Station, TX

Karen joined the Bluestone team in June of 2015, with over 30 years of financial experience in hospital, nonprofit and corporate accounting. She holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Management from East Texas Baptist University. Karen coordinates financial operations in Bryan/College Station.
